All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to the vintage and pre-loved nature of our items. Each piece is sold as-is, with no warranties or guarantees. Signs of age, wear, and patina are considered part of the character and value of vintage furniture.
We strongly encourage you to ask any questions or request additional photos before completing a purchase.
Purchased items must be picked up within 10 days, unless alternative arrangements are made.

Shipping & Delivery.
Delivery within Toronto and the GTA is available. You can choose either local delivery or free in-store pickup at checkout.
Delivery is available up to 600 km from Toronto. Please contact us for a specific quote.
Small-item parcel shipping is available across North America. Please inquire for details.
In-store viewings are available by appointment.
Offloading assistance is required for regular shipping. Please let us know if you would like the item brought inside your unit, as regular shipping only covers door drop-off.
Deliveries are scheduled within 7–10 business days.
For items that require restoration, please contact us to confirm the exact delivery date.
Delivery Rates
Up to 25 km → $90
25–50 km → $120
50–100 km → $175
100–160 km → $225
For deliveries over 160 km and up to 600 km, including Montreal, please send us a message for a shipping quote. This applies to regular-sized items such as credenzas, TV units, and dining sets. Shipping for these items is usually around $250–$400 per piece, depending on the distance and item size.

All MIW Vintage pieces are authentic vintage or antique. These items are pre-loved and may show signs of age such as:

We believe these characteristics contribute to the beauty and uniqueness of each piece. Every item is photographed to reflect its true condition, and we’re happy to provide additional details or images upon request
Pick-Up Information

Our address for pick-up is 110 Hollinger Rd, East York, ON M4B 1Y6. We are located across from Luxury Shine Auto Detailing. The entrance is from the woodshop and you are welcome to park in front of the metal door.
We can help carry items into your vehicle; however, please note that we do not provide blankets, wrapping paper, or other packing materials.
