All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to the vintage and pre-loved nature of our items. Each piece is sold as-is, with no warranties or guarantees. Signs of age, wear, and patina are considered part of the character and value of vintage furniture.
We strongly encourage you to ask any questions or request additional photos before completing a purchase.
Purchased items must be picked up within 10 days, unless alternative arrangements are made.

Shipping & Delivery.
Delivery within Toronto and the GTA is available. You can choose either local delivery or free in-store pickup at checkout.
Delivery is available up to 600 km from Toronto. Please contact us for a specific quote.
Small-item parcel shipping is available across North America. Please inquire for details.
In-store viewings are available by appointment.
Offloading assistance is required for regular shipping. Please let us know if you would like the item brought inside your unit, as regular shipping only covers door drop-off.
Delivery scheduling notifications are sent within 7–10 business days. The notification will provide the scheduled delivery date
For items that require restoration, please contact us to confirm the exact delivery date.

25–50 km → $120
50–100 km → $200
100–160 km → $260
Montreal & Ottawa
We ship to Montreal and Ottawa on a bi-weekly schedule. Shipping rates are based on the size of the item and typically range from $200–$300 per item.
For deliveries over 160 km to other locations, please send us a message for a shipping quote. This applies to regular-sized items such as credenzas, TV units, and dining sets. Shipping for these items is usually around $250–$400 per piece, depending on the distance and item size.

All MIW Vintage pieces are authentic vintage or antique. These items are pre-loved and may show signs of age such as:
Minor surface wear or scratches
Natural patina and fading
Variations in finish or materials
We believe these characteristics contribute to the beauty and uniqueness of each piece. Every item is photographed to reflect its true condition, and we’re happy to provide additional details or images upon request
Pick-Up Information
Delivery within Toronto and the GTA is available. You can choose either local delivery or free in-store pickup at checkout.

Our address for pick-up is 110 Hollinger Rd, East York, ON M4B 1Y6. We are located across from Luxury Shine Auto Detailing. The entrance is from the woodshop and you are welcome to park in front of the metal door.
We can help carry items into your vehicle; however, please note that we do not provide blankets, wrapping paper, or other packing materials.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are your pieces vintage?
Almost all of our pieces are vintage. We also carry a small selection of newer designer and collectible furniture. Each item is clearly described in its listing, and we’re happy to provide additional details if you have any questions.
What condition are your pieces in?
Our furniture is pre-loved and may have natural signs of age and use. We typically perform touch-ups and partial refinishing to prepare our pieces for sale, while some pieces are fully refinished.
Because every vintage piece is different, the level of restoration varies from item to item. Minor surface wear, scratches, patina, fading, and variations in finish or materials may still be present and are part of the character of vintage furniture.
We photograph each item to reflect its condition and are happy to provide additional photos or details upon request.
Can I have a piece refinished or customized?
Yes. We offer additional refinishing and restoration options for select pieces. Depending on the item, this can include refinishing the furniture in a finish or colour you prefer, as well as reupholstery.
If you are interested in customizing a piece, please contact us before purchasing so we can discuss the available options and pricing.

How does pickup work?
MIW Vintage is a warehouse-based business, so pickups are available by appointment only.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a Ready for Pickup email, typically within 3–4 business days. After receiving this email, please contact us to arrange a pickup appointment.
If you need your item sooner, please contact us and we may be able to accommodate an earlier pickup request depending on the circumstances.
